Therapy in a Bin’s goal is to get you your products as quickly as possible so that you can begin working with your purchases right away. Orders are processed within one business day of receipt and are shipped from our Victoria warehouse via Canada Post, Pacific Coastal Airlines or FedEx for orders in Canada. Delivery time is normally 3-7 business days depending on the specifics of the order and barring unforeseen postal delays, product shortages and holidays.

• $25 S&H drop off rate on orders over $299.99

Canadian Provinces (FedEx/Canada Post)

• $14.95 on orders under $80
• $5 flat rate added to shipping of each oversized item
• 10% on orders amount between $80 and $499.99
• $50 on orders between $500 and $1249.99
• Free on orders $1250 and more

Remote locations (Newfoundland/Labrador, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut)

• Orders under $200, a $25 shipping fee will be added to your order.
• Orders over $200, a 12% shipping fee from your order’s total amount will be applied.

Remote BC Communities

• Remote communities served by Pacific Coastal freight (instead of FedEx) may purchase items via Therapy in a Bin.
• Shipping for your items will be calculated when your order is placed.
• Smaller orders may be shipped via CanadaPost in a flat rate box.
• Larger orders will be shipped via Pacific Coastal freight – please call to get a cost for this service.
