Q: Can you suggest what products might work for my child?

A: All our products have been assembled in conjunction with recommendations from leading Behavior Analysts, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, child Psychologists, and other experts in the field of developmental and learning challenges. While we are fully capable of suggesting products based on these recommendations as well as on our own personal experience, our hope is that you are able to select from among our supplies and products those that seem best suited to your child’s particular profile and/or diagnosis. Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover but we also accept payment by certified check or money order. If you choose to pay via certified check or money order, we will be happy to take your order by phone at 1-800-818-7107.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: Barring unforeseen postal delays or product shortages, your order should arrive 5-7 days from either the time the order is placed or from the time your check or money order is received via traditional mail.

Q: How do I know if my order was successfully placed online?

A: When you provide us with an email address, you will automatically be sent an email confirming your order with a confirmation number.

Q: If I order online, will my credit card information be safe?

A: All our payment processing happens via Stripe, so your credit card information is never stored on our site. With regards to site security, we run a suite of security software to keep your personal information safe. Our site is secure, safe, and monitored on a regular basis.

Q: What is your return policy?
